Sparkle Clean
goes one step further than bonding.
Most companies do not explain
the full meaning of a BOND AND
YOU ARE LURED INTO A FALSE SENSE
OF SECURITY. WE WANT TO EDUCATE
THE PUBLIC. We do criminal background
checks. The idea is do not register
a thief. For a bond to pay off
there must be a conviction in
a court of law. |

The domestic signs a contract
with Sparkle Clean
not to solicit the clients whom
Sparkle Clean
contracted out to them for at
least 1 year. Sparkle
Clean spends thousands
of dollars for advertising to
acquire clients for the domestic
and quality professional house
keepers for you the client. |

|
| Disclosure |
| Our agency is not the
employer of the domestic worker it refers
to you. The domestic worker may be your
employee or an independent contractor
depending on the relationship you have
with them. |
| |
| If you direct and control
the manner and means by which the domestic
worker performs his or her work, you
may have employer responsibilities including
employment taxes and workers' compensation,
under state and federal law. For additional
information contact your local Employment
developement Department and the Internal
Revenue service. Generally, the domestic
worker does not qualify as your employee
unless you pay them more than $1000
per quarter. This would mean you would
have to have your home cleaned approxiamately
10-13 times per month (the amount is
based on what is actually paid to the
domestic, not the total amount paid
in full to the agency). |
